Corona's return to recoverers.. How did the dangerous behavior of the virus develop?

Wearing a face mask is spreading around the world for fear of coronavirus

Global fears of the novel coronavirus have increased, with more "repeated" cases of one patient being discovered in more than one country, forming a question mark whose answer is still not clear to scientists.

On Friday, Japan announced the first case of a person infected with the coronavirus, after recovering for the first time, the first time that such a "recurring" case had been registered outside China.

Officials in Osaka, western Japan, confirmed that a woman who worked as a tourist guide had again infected with the novel coronavirus, which raised concerns about the way and the spread of the infection.

An official with the National Health Authority of China said it had not been established whether these patients were able to transmit the infection to others, according to Reuters.

Experts say that there are several ways in which patients can become infected with the virus again, after discharge from the hospital, one of which is that they do not produce enough antibodies during the recovery period, enough antibodies to form immunity against the coronavirus, and they infected again.

The second explanation is the possibility that the coronavirus is dormant, or is in the process of dormancy, within the body of the infected person, which means that everyone who is infected with it, may be infected again.

And other health experts believe that the reason for the patients' "relapse" lies in the "imperfect" tests that they are subjected to to ensure their recovery before they are discharged from hospitals.

Li Xichang, deputy director of the Infectious Diseases Center at West China Hospital, said that hospitals relied on an ENT examination when making the decision to remove the patient from the hospital or keep him, but new tests found the virus in the lower respiratory tract.

Paul Hunter, a professor of medicine at Britain's East Anglia University, who is closely monitoring the outbreak, said that although the patient in Osaka (who had recurred the disease) may have relapsed, it is also possible that the virus still remains free in her body since the first infection, because she was not properly tested before she was discharged from hospital.

It is noteworthy that in China, there are a set of criteria that must be applied to the patient before being allowed out of the hospital, which is that the result of his tests is negative (in the sense that there is no effect of the virus in the tests), and there are no symptoms of the disease on him, and the absence of any indications Abnormal in the results of the radiation subjected to it.

In a shocking statistic, Song T, deputy head of the disease control center in south China's Guangdong Province, said that about 14 percent of patients discharged from hospitals in the province had tested positive again and returned to hospitals for observation.

Meanwhile, Song noted that "the good news" is that these patients have not transmitted the infection to any of the people who had contacted them.

He continued: "We can conclude from this, that after a person is infected with this type of virus, his body will produce antibodies. After its production, it will not be infectious."

It is noteworthy that China has allowed about 36,117 hospital discharge, equivalent to 46 percent of people with corona in the country, according to the National Health Authority.
