How to make carrot soup with oats
 
Ingredients

- Chicken broth: 5 cups (or vegetables)

- Carrots: 3 pieces (grated)

- Onions: 1 grain (chopped)

- Celery: stick (minced)

- Oats: 3 tablespoons

- Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)

- Salt: half a teaspoon

- Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon

- Butter: 1 tablespoon

- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

How to prepare

1- Heat the oil with butter in a large thick saucepan over medium heat.

2- Add onions and stir for 4 minutes until softened.

3- Add garlic and my heart for a minute.

4- Add the celery, carrots and my heart for 5 minutes.

5- Season with salt, add broth and reduce heat, and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.

6- Add the oats and simmer for 10 minutes.

7- Mash the soup in an electric mixer until smooth, then return it to a pot, season with black pepper and heat it.

8- Pour the soup into dishes and serve hot.
