Coffee is also rich in antioxidants and caffeine, which raise metabolism and prevent the accumulation of fat around the liver, and stop the growth of cancer cells, while natural apple juice is rich in Malic acid, which is one of the most important substances that clean the body of toxins, in addition to lemon juice and ginger.

Foods rich in vitamin C are active in the body and help absorb nutrients.

A broccoli, especially useful for liver health as it contains sulforaphane, compounds that reduce the absorption of fat in the liver.
