The head of a dangerous gang in Brazil resorted to a "cunning" ploy that did not come to mind until he escaped from prison, but police officers managed to thwart the plot in time.

According to the British newspaper "The Guardian", Clovino da Silva, detained in a prison in Rio de Janeiro, tried to escape in hiding in the form of his daughter, who came to visit him in detention.

The dangerous criminal was able to disguise himself brilliantly in the form of his daughter, and he even looked like a young girl after putting a mask on his face and putting hair over his head and wearing glasses and women's clothes with great professionalism.

The source stated that the detainee's 19-year-old daughter, the father who planned the escape, intended to leave her in prison.

At present, the police do not know whether the daughter colluded with her father to carry out the scheme, or whether she was obliged to carry out what was requested.

The prison administration is expected to take punitive action against the arrested gang leader following the escape attempt, but the investigation is also looking for potential people who helped with the masquerade that would not have been carried out without significant assistance from abroad.
