Despite the recent crisis involving Chinese technology giant Huawei, recent figures indicate that the company is making significant progress in terms of sales.
Huawei said its global sales rose two-digit in the first half of this year, despite US tightening, but said it would face tougher conditions.
Sales in the first six months of this year increased by 23.2 percent compared to the previous year, to 401.3 billion yuan ($58.3 billion) Huawei said that on Tuesday.
This was higher than the growth rate in 2018, which was 19.5 percent.
The company's chairman, Liang Hua, said the sales had seen "some impact" since the administration of US President Donald Trump imposed restrictions in May on sales of US technology to Huawei, without elaborating.
Huawei has avoided the turmoil in production and sales, but added: "We are still facing difficulties in the second half of the year."
Trump has put the company on a black list, preventing it from working with US technology companies such as Alphabet, which uses its Android operating system on Huawei phones.
