For its part, Al-Hadath satellite channel reported, in an urgent news, shortly ago, that there were reports that a Hezbollah warehouse had been targeted to manufacture missiles near the Beirut port.
According to "Al-Hadath," the Lebanese army started spreading in the streets of Beirut after the explosion.
The Lebanese Minister of Health, Dr. Hamad Hassan, had ordered all hospitals to receive the injured due to the explosion of the explosives warehouse in the capital Beirut at the expense of the Ministry of Public Health, according to the Lebanese News Agency.
In a related context, the Lebanese MTV network reported that at least 6 bodies inside the port that witnessed the severe explosion, confirming that the smell of diesel fuel smelt in the place.
"MTV" added that The Electricity Company of Lebanon was completely destroyed by the explosion.
Sky News Arabia reported that Two Lebanese nationals were spotted transporting others injured by the huge explosion.
The network quoted its correspondent as saying that chaos prevailed in downtown Beirut after the huge explosion, where many fire engines and ambulances rushed to the scene, and the movement of residents was dominated by chaos.
The reporter confirmed that the explosion was so powerful that the glass facades of distant buildings collapsed as a result of the explosion.
Photos and videos posted on social media showed moments of explosion and huge plumes of smoke that came into the sky.
The network said the information was conflicting, but some estimates indicate that the incident was caused by the explosion of explosives in the port of Beirut.
