How to make sweet corn soup

Ingredients of sweet corn soup
- Corn: can (sweet, washed and filtered)
- Cream: cup (liquid)
- Chicken broth: 2 cups
- Salt: a quarter teaspoon
- Black pepper: a quarter teaspoon
- Garlic: clove (mashed)
- Onions: 1 piece (finely chopped)
- Butter: 2 tbsp
How to prepare sweet corn soup
1. Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and stir for 5 minutes until the onion is tender.
3. Add corn, salt and pepper and stir for 5 minutes.
4. Add the broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add the cream and bring to boil for 5 minutes.
6. Pour the soup into dishes and serve hot.
