Ingredients of grilled chicken with BBQ and spices
- Chicken: Chicken (open cleaner)
- BBQ sauce: half a cup
- Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: cloves (mashed)
- Ginger: half a teaspoon (ground)
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Dried herbs: half a teaspoon
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
How to prepare grilled chicken with BBQ and spices
1. Mix the BBQ sauce with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, black pepper, tomato paste and herbs in a dish.
2. Add the chicken and my heart to cover with the marinade and cover the pot and leave in the refrigerator for the whole night.
3. Place the chicken and marinade in the oven dish and cover with aluminum foil and enter the oven at 190 heat for 30 minutes and then reduce the heat of the oven for 160 and leave for an hour.
4. Fry the chicken face and serve hot, along with rice or vegetables to taste.
