How to make carrot cake with cinnamon

Ingredients of cinnamon carrot cake

- Flour: 2 cups (sieve)

- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons

- Baking soda: half a teaspoon

- Salt: a quarter teaspoon

- Eggs: 3 beads

- Vanilla: teaspoon

- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon (ground)

- Milk: half a cup

- Vegetable oil: half a cup

- Carrots: 2 cups (peeled and grated)

How to prepare carrot cake with cinnamon

1- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

2- Grease butter cake mold and flour workshop.

3- Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil in the whisk for 5 minutes until the mixture is crisp and creamy.

4- Mix the flour with cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

5- Add the flour mixture alternately with milk to the sugar mixture, eggs and oil while continuing to whisk.

6- Add the grated carrots and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.

7- Pour the cake mixture into the prepared mold and insert the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the cake is cooked.

8- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

9- Place the cake in a serving dish and cut and serve warm or cold as desired.
