After the Texas and Ohio incidents. Trump: There is no place for hatred in our country

U.S President Donald Trump has said there is "no place for hatred in our country" after 29 people were killed in two random killings in Texas and Ohio on Saturday and Sunday.

"There is no place for hatred in our country and we will address this issue," Trump told reporters at Morristown Airport, New Jersey.

"This has to stop," he said before boarding with his wife Melania on the presidential plane to return to Washington. It's been going on for years. and years in our country,"" he said, referring to the shootings that are constantly tearing the United States.

"We've accomplished a lot, but maybe we can do more," he said.

Police killed the gunman, who killed nine revelers in front of a city bar and injured 27 others, within 30 seconds of firing his first shot, the Dayton, Ohio police chief said.

Police Chief Richard Biel said at a news conference that authorities have not yet determined why Connor Bates, a 24-year-old white man from Bellbrook, Ohio, was killed in the attack.

He added that Bates was wearing a mask and an ear protector and armed with two rifles.
